This is a spacious, contemporary villa on a hillside overlooking Puerto Portals. The villa is decorated and equipped to the highest standards, and offers great family accommodation in one of the most sort-after areas of the south coast.
The ground floor offers a large open plan kitchen with dining area, a lounge and separate TV room, all of which have access to the terraces. On this floor there are also two double bedrooms. Upstairs are the master bedroom, a children's room with bunk beds and two single rooms with large (140cm) single beds. P{lease note that a 7th bedroom will be available for Summer 2012.
Outside there are generously sized sunny and shaded terraces with sitting and dining areas. The pool is at the front of the house and is surrounded by a lawn.
The house is located around 10 minutes from central Palma. It is possible to walk to the marina and beach at Puerto Portals from the house, but note that it is a steep uphill climb on the way back.
