The tour begins in the late afternoon when a car will collect you from your accommodation and accompany you to the one of the island's most successful and stylish vineyards. Mixing art with wine Macia Batle, in Santa Maria offers wine lovers a truly unique outlook on the relationship of wine and artistic temperament. After a guided tour of their contemporary wine making installations,you will have the opportunity to sample a selection of their award winning produce.

The private tour and tasting lasts approximately two hours during which time your personal guide will explain all aspects of the process, from the choice of wood for the barrels, to the design of the labels. The wine tasting is accompanied by a selection of typical Mallorcan dishes.

On conclusion of the wine tour your driver will transfer you to the nearby Reads Hotel. This property, set in the Mallorcan countryside, has a unique style of decor, as well as a fabulous Michelin starred restaurant headed by Marc Fosh. At Reads you will enjoy dinner at the Chef's Table, where you will gain a unique insight into the workings of a professional kitchen as you watch the chef and his team at work and have the concept and techniques of each dish explained to you.
