Cookery Breaks

Welcome to cookery Mediterranean style. As part of your holiday we can arrange cookery workshops designed for the enthusiastic amateur who enjoys spending time in the kitchen and would like to learn new skills, or improve existing ones. Based in a your own villa or a production kitchen these are ideal for friends, business groups or chefs looking to improve their knowledge.

Courses will be tailor-made around the clients specifications and could include topics such as Modern Mediterranean food, seafood prepartion or the art of tapas. Clients may visit a market, a vineyard, an olive press or any number of other venues associated with cookery.
