Esplendido Hotel
The simply splendid Hotel Esplendido is located on the sea front in Puerto Soller. This was a traditional seaside hotel which has been sympathetically renovated to keep the best of the original property whilst creating a stylish and contemporary luxury hotel with a laid back and welcoming atmosphere.
Sea view rooms at the front of the hotel enjoy large terraces and balconies, but even with a garden view room you can look out over the steeply terraced grounds, or just take a book and a glass of wine on to one of the shared terraces over looking the bay.
The infinity pool on the top terrace is not for the faint hearted, but views over the hotel to the sea make it all worthwhile. Larger family pool is next to the pool bar where snacks are served at midday.
Soller is a great low season destination as it is a fabulous base for walkers and cyclists and the hotel has great facilities for those off-season afternoons when the sun refuses to shine including a gym and spa. The top floor is also home to the reading and music rooms which tempt you to snuggle up with a good book and flick through the hotel's music collection.
Room prices range from 140 to 550€ per night.
