Es Castell
Es Castell has been voted one of the ten prettiest hotels in Mallorca and it is easy to see why. With distant views across the plains to the bays of the northern coast only broken by the odd bird in flight guests are lulled into sleep by the tinkling sheep bells. Located in Binibona natural park this offers one of our most beautiful rural retreats.
The hotel is situated at the foot of the Sierra de Tramuntana mountains in the north-east of Mallorca near to the village of Caimari, where tourism and agriculture go hand-in-hand. The main buildings of the hotel and farm are hundreds of years old and date back to the 11th Century. It has been owned by the same family since the 15th Century. From the moment visitors set foot in Es Castell, they journey into history. Its sturdy walls hold the secrets of generations past.
The rooms are individually decorated and blend traditional Mallorcan architecture and style with modern decor to create a selection of delightful rooms. The view from the pool has to be one of the best on the island and affords guests a chance to really escape the masses yet is just a short drive from the beaches of Pollensa, the market town of Inca and the dramatic mountain roads of the Tramuntana.
Room prices range from 130 to 165 Euros per night.
