Son Siurana
The 18th century posessio of Son Siurana is situated on a hillside overlooking the valley that leads to the Roman town of Alcudia. The location just 10km from the sea, makes this the perfect spot for those looking for peace and quiet in the countryside, whilst being within easy reach of the bays of Pollensa and Alcudia. The agricultural town of Sa Pobla is close by for those seeking the real Mallorca.The original buildings now make up a collection of one and two bedroom houses, two bedroom apartments and a junior suite, spread around terraces, gardens, the lake and swimming pool. Guests can also pick fruit and vegetables from the gardens and the finca prepares a tasting menu a couple of nights a week using local produce. Meals are always available on request.
All rooms have air conditioning, mini-bar, dvd, stereo, safe and hair dryer and are decorated in typical Mallorcan style with ornate furniture and handmade ceramics. Breakfast is served in the main house dining room, or in the summer on terraces overlooking verdant fields.
