Sa Posada de Aumallia
Sa Posdad Aumallia Hotel is situated in the rolling countryside just outside Felanitx. The family run rural hotel is a typical agroturismo of Mallorca having preserved many authentic Mallorcan elements such as the rustic furniture, the tasty Mallorcan cuisine and the relaxed atmosphere of rural life. The family and staff are incredibly welcoming to all guests and offer great hospitality with in a lovely ambience.
The rooms are set around a courtyard and pool area which forms part of the well tended gardens that are host to orange groves (often with chickens in the trees) verdant lawns and the odd peacock or hen wandering around. The pool is a good size and sits next to the terrace where the evening meals are served.
Rooms are furnished in a traditional Mallorcan manner with wooden beds and wardrobes, soft furnishings influenced by traditional patterns and designs and there are little personal touches to give each room its own style.
The hotel is ideal for those that just want to relax and do nothing. Alternatively you are within a short drive of the east coast beaches, the monastery of Sant Salvador and the typical Mallorcan town of Felanitx, one of many that boasts itself to be the birth place of Christopher Columbus. For a mix of relaxation, welcoming hospitality and authentic Mallorca this is hard to beat.
