l'Estada
L'Estada is a beautifully renovated 9 bedroom town house in the pretty mountain village of Esporles. The friendly owners, Judit and Diego, have taken what is best of the original architecture (for example creating a cosy room in what was the wine cellar) and given it a modern twist, decorating with simple lines and splashes of bright colour.
The hotel is ideal for walkers and cyclists, and not just because of its location on the edge of the Tramuntana mountain range. The owners have added such thoughtful touches as a small bicycle workshop in the downstairs garage (where cycles can be safely stored) to a foot spa in each room to ease aching toes after a day out trekking.
The breakfast menu is changed daily, and dinner can be served on any night, just speak to the owners in the morning and let them know what you would like to eat that evening. During the summer meals can be taken in the pretty patio and garden area.
Esporlas has a variety of bars and restaurants, and if you feel like a night out, Palma is approximately a 15 minute drive from the village.
Room pirces range from 105 Euros to 137 Euros per night.
