La Residencia
Situated in the charming village of Deia, with spectacular views of the Tramuntana mountain range on one side, and he rugged Mallorcan coast line on the other, the name of the La Residencia is famous throughout the world. The fabulous art collection is on display throughout the hotel, and there are regular exhibitions by local and international artists in the Sa Tafona gallery.
One of the highlights of any visit to La Residencia must surely be a candlelit dinner in El Olivo restautant, where Head Chef Guillermo Mendez has built a reputation as one of the finest in Mallorca. For an informal alternative the Son Fony restaurant offers local cuisine with an international influence.
2008 saw the addition of a number of rooms with their own private pools for those that are seeking the ultimate in privacy.
