Hotel Sant Salvador
Local tradition has it that the facade of the Hotel Sant Salvador is an early work by Gaudi. There is no evidence to back this up, but somehow the story fits in with the style and atmosphere of this unconventional property.
Each of the 8 spacious bedrooms is decorated in its own individual style. Those on the first floor are more traditional in style and take their themes from portraits of the family who lived in the house when it was still a private home, known as Can Epifano. The second floor rooms are also each themed around a work of art, but with contemporary furniture and decoration.
The hotel has a cosy bar and two restaurants, including the tiny and exquisitely decorated Zezo gourmet restaurant.
The surrounding area has much to offer, whether you choose to explore the pretty town of Arta, take the 10 minute drive down to the sea, or play a round of golf at one of the nearby courses.
