Hostatgeria Sant Salvador
In a privileged position, 500 metres above the town of Felanitx and the surrounding plains of south Mallorca, the Hostatgeria Sant Salvador occupies one part of the buildings of a 14th century monastery.
The rooms have been sympathetically restored, with the decoration enhancing the simplicity of the original accommodation. The rooms all have en suite bathrooms and there are also two apartments with microwave and fridge. There are two common areas - one with Wifi, and a large terrace with spectacular views across the Mediterranean to the island of Cabrera.
Sant Salvador has a cafe where a buffet breakfast is available to guests and a restaurant offering fresh Mediterranean cuisine, specialising in fish and sea food.
Whilst Sant Salvador is popular with day visitors who drive, walk or cycle up to enjoy the views and visit the monastery, it is not a place for those who are searching for the bright lights of a resort based holiday. Rather it is a unique base from which to explore the south of Mallorca.
Rooms are available from 68 to 140 Euros per night. Please note breakfast is not included in the price.
