Total peace and tranquility reign at Son Barbassa. As you follow a meandering country lane though fields of almond trees and olive groves, it is hard to believe that the sea is just over the next hill.

The hotel building dates back to the 16th century and it has been rennovated to create a modern and stylish interior, which incorporates features from the ancient farmhouse. The interior is decorated in calming neutrals, with intimate corners that just invite you to curl up with a good book and laze the day away. The pool area is simply stunning.

The restaurant offers dishes based on ingrediants grown on the land surrounding the hotel. Everything from olive oil to sobrassada is produced here. If you feel like a night out Capdepera and Arta are both within a short drive od the hotel.
